CLPNNS Retirement Announcement

The Board of the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of Nova Scotia (CLPNNS) has recently shared news of the retirement of Ann Mann, after 20 years of unwavering service and leadership as the Executive Director of CLPNNS. Ann has been a driving force in the co-creation of one nursing regulator with CRNNS CEO, Sue Smith, the CRNNS Council and CLPNNS Board, and she will retire effective December 1st having made significant contributions to the nursing community in Nova Scotia. The CLPNNS Board has appointed Sue Smith as Transitional Executive Director for CLPNNS, which will become effective November 23rd, 2018.

There will be opportunities this coming fall to acknowledge Ann’s legacy and passion for nursing, her commitment to CLPNNS and her ongoing efforts to co-create one nursing regulator in Nova Scotia.
